Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with some highlights and a couple of drawbacks. The room was bright and airy, located next to the elevators with a beautiful view, and extremely clean and comfortable, though it was a bit half closed off. The service was a mix of experiences, from a lack of welcome at breakfast to very accommodating staff, especially those reflecting the Canarian culture. The location offered various options, allowing us to choose between the mountains and the sea, although it was a bit isolated from nearby villages. The dining experience had both ups and downs, with a lovely country view but a poor variety on the menu. Overall, the facilities were decent and sufficient for a comfortable stay, offering basic amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were bright and airy, extremely clean and comfortable. However, the service was lacking, with slow table preparation and not so nice staff. The location was convenient in some aspects but unfortunate in others, close to the Caldera de Bandama but in the middle of nowhere. The dining options were not up to par, offering limited choices. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were well maintained and clean.
